We have renamed Post Grid plugin to Post Grid Combo

When you click on the tabs of my website, the photos are no longer organized under which tab they are supposed to be under. Even though the shortcode within the page matches what is in the Post Grid list, the page is showing photos that don't belong

the admin login you provided not working, have tried but its showing me the error
"We couldn't find your account. If you already have an account"
