whenever i am installing Product Slider for WooCommerce by PickPlugins, my site crashes. When i unisntall it my website runs again normal. please resolve this issue.

Previously, we didn't receive this type of report. Could you please ensure that you have the WooCommerce plugin installed? If it's already activated and the issues still exist, please enable the debug log and check if any errors are listed there that come from our plugin. Forward us the issues, and we'll provide you with a solution.
i did checked and i wasn’t using featured mark in the layout but the issue still continues. my site isnt working
Please update the WooCommerce plugin to the latest version.
Then, while editing the slider, find out which layouts you’re using and go to the ‘edit’ mode.
Carefully check if you’re using the ‘featured’ element in the layout.
If so, please remove it and give it a try.
