How do I put all the accordions in ONE accordion and maintain the three different Main Topics/Titles?

If you are using Premium version the you can try as following
# Create 3 accordions using option
Use for child > Yes

3 And the create another accordions (parent) and paste shortcode from previously created accordions under different content.
