When I look at the list of users, I see some "Unverified" and "Old User" in the Email Verification column.
If I hover over a record and click "Mark as Verified" nothing seems to happen. The screen quickly reloads, but user record remains in the Unverified state.
Am I missing some settings or why doesn't this "manual verification" work?

Sorry for the delayed response, but the feature is working on my side! Would you mind temporarily deactivating all other plugins except user verification and trying it?

We understand that deactivating other plugins may not be the proper solution, but we are asking you to do so for testing purposes.
First, we need to determine which plugin is causing the issue, so testing them one by one is necessary.
Please share the list of all the plugins that are activated on your site so that we can help you with debugging.
