When I click on the name of one of the members of the example, Example: Alvaro (attached screenshot) in the Team tab (from a computer it happens, from mobile it does not redirect to any site), it redirects to the home page of my Kinship website (Home).
If it is not possible to make clicking on the name of a team member redirects to a custom link on a new page (as happens when we click on "View Profile" within the team member), how can I do to remove that redirects to the main page (Home), that is, it does nothing and redirects to nowhere.

While we can discuss custom URLs later, I believe your current issue might be related to permalinks. To fix it, head over to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard. I have followed your steps, however the problem persists and when you click on a member and the pop up of that member opens. If you click on his name (example, Pedro Fernandez), it redirects to the Home. When here (in this title of the team member’s name inside the Pop Up) it should not contain any link nor redirect to any site. Could you tell me how to fix it, as soon as possible, please?
