Hi, I'm building a site that is going to extensively use this plug-in. We are talking maybe ~100,000 accordions in one domain. With 100s nested one under another.

Is that okay? Is there any limit?

WOW, this is really big, in our plugin, there is no limit how much you want to create nested accordion, I am not sure your accordion size, as accordion data saved under custom meta field this will generate huge query and its depend on your server memory limit. I don't see any other issue expect memory limit.
