Ticket for: Job Board Manager

Hello,
I have to build a WP project for which my client would like people may apply for jobs with usuals credentials (name, email, picture, CV, resume, etc.) and also may record a video (using the computer/tablet/phone webcam) and send it with all the informations required.
Is it possible to do so one way or an other with Job Board Manager (and add-ons) ?
