Issue with Post Grid Plugin

I have a strange issue happening to our site. When I enable Post Grid plugin, our social media icons disappear on some pages. When I deactivate the plugin they re-appear.

The pages are using a global layout in Divi, so it's strange that some have this issue and others don't. It seems the ones that have the issue are the ones that call on the Post Grid plugin

These have the issue:

Please advise as to why this could be happening. We really love this plugin and want to ensure we can get it to work correctly with the theme.
