Is Post Grid Blocks Being Discontinued?

I saw the notification on my WordPress Dashboard: All blocks move to the new plugin ComboBlocks? Read the guide

I also read the instructions to add the ComboBlocks plugin, but I don't know how to do that without activating it first. And, I read a review that someone experienced issues with their website after migrating to this other plugin, which makes me hesitant to do this.

Is the Post Grid Blocks plugin being discontinued? I'm happy with the current plugin.
