The hyperlinks seem to be the same colour as the general text so there is no way of telling what is a link and what is a text. Can I somehow make the hyperlinks the same color as the other hyperlinks on the website.

Accordion content html tags color should override by your theme CSS or 3rd party CSS, Please use following CSS to override default CSS
.accordion-content a { color: #aa240f !important; }
