Hello,
I've been using you plugin for years, t worked super well. Recently I'm having a recurring problem with the grid settings, which sometimes gets solved by updating the plugin, but most of the time it's there.
The issue is that no matter how I modify the grid settings (e.g number of columns, masonry or tiles, layouts), it shows always the same.
I have some examples:
- this one is theoretically a Masonry grid with 3 columns on desktop view: https://pneumaszov.org/works/
----> what I see is a 1 column layout with huge thumbnail images
- the same issue here, this is also a 3 column masonry grid by settings, but it appears as a 1-column https://pneumaszov.org/media/
I have everything updated, wordpress 6.5.2., Combo blocks 2.2.80.
And I'm using the Disable Gutenberg plugin (version 3.1.1)
Do you have any idea what could cause this problem? And how to solve it? Is it a conflict with the Disable Gutenberg? Or any other plugin?
thank you in advance, I'd really appreciate any hint or tip.
Luca
Hi Luca,
If you're using a cache plugin, try deactivating it temporarily.
Deactivate other plugins one by one besides Combo Blocks to see if there's a conflict.
If these steps don't work, send temporary admin access to(support@pickplugins.com) and our expert will solve the issue for you!
We’ve checked, and our grid columns are functioning as intended with your current theme (see screenshot: https://ibb.co/y6bVQDg )
Since the theme seems compatible, it might be related to another plugin. To help us narrow it down, could you try deactivating all plugins except for “Combo Blocks” and see if the grid column issue persists?
