I have a site, http://www.student.cacollegepathways.org/ and some of the top menu items show the full url of the page instead of just the page title. Why is that happening and can I put in some code to stop that?

breadcrumb doesn't follow menu path, it will follow page permalink structure,
http://www.student.cacollegepathways.org/financial-aid/grants/
like if you want to display this way "grants" must have to child page of "financial-aid"
Home > financial-aid > grants
