Filter grid not working + Search bar disappeared

New ticket due to no response:

Not all pages are showing up in the filter grid. All pages have categories, yet only a portion is being showed. I see the correct numbers when I select the categories at Post Taxonomies & terms. E.g. we have 8 posts with category biceps, yet only 3 are shown.

+ it also seems the search bar is not working (not there) when we switched over to filterable from normal grid.
