Which plugin you're using to manage events? We've support for Events Manager and many others plugin.
You'll find options with elements under our post layout editor if you've installed a supported plugin.

You can add or remove any elements from the layout editor to customize your layout.

Yes, our plugin already has support for ‘Event Calendar.’
