I ordered your pricing table plugin over 30 minutes ago. The payment was processed through 2Checkout. Nothing has showed up in my account. What does it take for this to become available? I'm happy to provide my receipt if needed. Thank you, Denise

I hope you already have solved by email support, although may others facing same problem so here is why this is happening.
This is temporary, we used http://2checkout.com as payment gateway when you pay via http://2checkout.com it will check fraud for payment verification, it will take time, at-least 15 minute up-to an hour, don't worry, your money won't lost. once fraud checking pass it will automatically marked your order as completed. i hope you understand.
