there is a product scroller at the bottom of homepage. when you buy from that section-Product slider (click add to cart, it adds 1 item to cart) BUT when you clicked on the basket/cart, it adds the same item (thus double entry)...  please advise.. thanks

I am not sure is this our plugin issue, when i directly visit add to cart product

is also adding 2 items on cart.

I have inspected your slider cart HTML, there is 1 in data quantity. please see the screenshot https://imgur.com/a/7O5YOCL

I guess this is 3rd party plugin issue.
If possible please deactivate others plugin one by one to check the issue.
