Custom Post type link override

I'm hoping someone can tell me if the pro version will let me override the link destination of a post grid item with the contents of a custom post type field. I want to display a post grid of post images with clickable URLs from a custom post type that uses the url from a custom field in the post type instead of the post's url.

Is this possible with the layout editor in the pro version?
