Custom grid filter name

hi
If I use filter as a category in grid filter, the name of the category will appear and the tag name will appear as a tag, but I want to modify the name.
"All" can be changed from settings.
Is it impossible to do anything else?

If I use simple product filter, I want to use the name sample which is printed as is.
