Hi,

I am using the premium version of your Accordions plugin. The plugin shows 'There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.' at the bottom of the page but there are no errors in error logs and also the front end and backend is working fine. I found this issue while trying to add new accordions.

Hi,
Welcome to PickPlugins.

I can't see the error message on my side. Also, I tried to regenerate the error with an older version of WordPress and PHP but still no error.

Could you please try to deactivate other plugins for a while and test it?

I think you’ve posted the wrong forum. Please make sure the accordion plugin you’re using is from PickPlugins. The version number for our free version is 2.2.70, and the pro version is 1.0.6.

The version of the plugin is 3.1.31 and license status is Active.

Hi Amanda,
Please tell me the version number for both the free and pro-Accordion plugins.
We don’t have such a file called meta.php! You may be using a customized version of Accordion or a very older version.
