Ticket for: PickPlugins Product Slider

Hello. I just downloaded and installed Woocommerce Products Slider. I wanted to test it for a bit before I decided if I needed to purchase the pro edition.
I went to the WCPS menu and pressed "New WCPS" and received the following error.
There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

this is probably 3rd party issue, can you please follow-up the instruction mail? and if possible please send me a screenshot of instruction mail.
