Conflict with Carousel Plugin?

Hello! Love this plugin and i just began integrating the Premium version of it today on my site. However i'm seeing some conflicts with other plugins.. namely the WP Post Carousel plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-posts-carousel/ I just wondered if there may an easy way to fix this or what next steps I should take.. It's causing my post carousels not to show up. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!
