Hi, thanks to the latest update, enabling the pagination prevents my browser from freezing when it attempts to load every post. Thank you!
However, now the block itself will not load on the page it's been placed on after I've saved it. Using inspect element on the saved page reveals it to not even be there in the first place. This was on a new filterable post grid that was created tonight on the latest version. I feel a sense of deja-vu almost since I swear I've had this issue before, but I don't recall how it was fixed.
The filterable post grid block(s) load perfectly fine in the gutenberg editor.

Have you noticed the filterable grid briefly refreshing when you click on it after using another Gutenberg block? This shouldn't happen, and we're working on a fix.
