Centre text and have 3 columns

Hello,
I'm testing out your plugin right now. I'm using the Flat style in a grid and I don't see an option to centre the text, please can you let me know hot to do that. I have it set to masonry because I want it to look exactly like the grid on this site: cravepainting.com
