I noticed that you are using Recaptcha v3 and it seems to be working as expected. I want to highlight that Recaptcha v2 and v3 function differently. V3 doesn't display an image box, but instead appears like this - https://ibb.co/GtgyNyg

I recommend using Recaptcha v2 because there is an issue with v3 where incorrect error messages are displayed when trying to register a new user. Here is a screenshot illustrating the issue - https://ibb.co/vLSk17f
