I originally purchsed post grid on your old website, paratheme. I can login and retrieve my license there, but the downloads don't work anymore. I tried logging into your new site, pickplugins, but my credentials are invalid there.
At some point, my premium version upgraded to free, and now I cant redownload the premium version and apply my license because of the issues mentioned above. Let me know what I can do. Thanks
