Cannot add new Accordions

The issue we are having is with the Accordion plugin. We can open the acordions in the backend of WordPress and can edit existing accordions but when we go to add new content I am unable to add in new content boxes. We currently have plugin version Accordions 3.2.12 and no update is listed as available otherwise I would have tried that too.

Anyone else experiencing this problem too?
