I know that User Verification is a "Freemium" plugin. Most people will probably opt to download it from WordPress Plugin site. But I went to your site, and tried to click the "Buy Now" button, intending to pay the $10. But that button did not work. I'm using the latest Firefox on Windows 7 Pro.
I will use the free version instead.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin, unfortunately, there is no paid version available for user verification plugin, that's means we only continue development on free version available via wordpress.org, we gave all pro features within free version.
We only take donations as freemium model of this plugin, but recently many clients requested a refund after buying this plugin because there is no downloadable file or same as wordpress.org version, that's why we have stopped buying this plugin or download from our website,
Just keep using wordpress.org version, we will continue development on that plugin.
