If you click either the Photo or the "read more" the link is correct and stays in the browser window (tab).

IF you click the Title of the Post, it opens a new browser window. This is not the desired action and is inconsistent.

We are using "Layout - Flat"

This issue can be observed and tested via our homepage which is using Post-Grid.
