I no longer user this plugin. When it is deactivated or uninstalled it leaves "[breadcrumb]" on all my pages at the top. If I reinstall and activate, that goes away. I have a screen shot but your link to add isn't working

you should go to theme editor and remove the shortcode manually, you probably forget how you added. let me know if you need help.
