Allowed domain not working.

We used Soledad theme for https://eandifeelinggroovyblog.azurewebsites.net/ You can find login/register at the top bar. Email verification looks good but the allowed domain is not working. I want allow only specific domains the rest will be blocked. Also on registration is does not pass verify email message to form.
