I have more than 400 domain to be put in allowed domain but do I need to manually add them one by one ?
Do you have allowed email address ? This is because we have legitimate gmail.com or outlook.com members which we can insert as allowed email for registration.

Yes, right now you will have to put manually, there is no import methods available from text file or something else.
Not clear what you mean by "allowed email address"? just keep gmail.com or outlook.com o n allowed domain so that these email users will able to register on your site.
