“Add” Button not functioning

I am trying to add a new panel to an existing accordion, but the "add" button does not create a new panel, or seem to launch any function at all. I also tried creating a completely new accordion but the "add" button didn't work on that either. To troubleshoot, i tried the plugin in different browsers, all without any success. I also went off the advice of a different support ticket and tried first "updating" the accordion before hitting the "add" button but that did not work either. I made a different update to an existing panel and saved the accordion, which was successful, but adding any new panels is not. We are using the most recent version of WordPress and your plugin page says that it is supported. Any ideas on what's going wrong? Thanks!
