Activate by URL when 2 accordeons are on the same page

Hi.
Considering this page :

Offres Entreprise

It contains 2 accordeons.
I'm using URLs with both ?id= and #header-text-ID as suggested on another opened ticket.
Unfortunately there's still an issue visible on big screens.
Using URL : https://www.agnosys.com/services/offres-entreprise/?id=2#header-text-1549968847361
It opens the header 2 of accorderon 1 and accordeon 2 as soon as this last exists. But the scroll to the right header occurs. The expected behaviour is that only the header with the correct header-text-ID opens eventually.
