accordions don't show up in wp-admin

I defined two accordions and they're displayed on published web site. But they don't show up anymore in wp-admin when I want to edit them in "Accordions" (clicking Accordions menu item). I can provide a screenshot.

Although they show up in "Re-Order" page (clicking Re-Order menu item).

have you installed any other accordion plugin that might conflict with our pluign, please deactivate other plugin one by and check the issue.

If possible please send me a temporary admin access to your site, i will check the issue. please send any login info via http://pickplugins.com/contact/
