We have renamed Post Grid plugin to Post Grid Combo

We have been using WordPress for a number of years and have been very pleased with it.
The associated webpages have the accordion plugins...and recently (around May 1st), the accordions do not collapse. Can you please advise as to how to correct this?
Note: The accordions should be collapsed by default.
