About Related Post plugin

I would like to get your advice how to set an class to the thumbnail. This is for setting on google tab manager.

For the title, there currently has \\\"<a class=\"title post_title\">

Can you advice how to add some \\\"Custom scripts and CSS\\\" to the page, so that the post_thumb also have a class on it?
