How to add the attached files?

Hi!
In the settings I chooce:
"SLider row enable: True"
"In Desktop: (min:1000px and max)": 1
How is it possible that I see 2 rows on my HD (1920x1080 pix) screen?
As I don't like it, i set the slider row back to "false"
Please help me out here.
