Hello, I have a client that is using your WP live statistics plugin and it is slowing down their site due to some session code. The text it gives is this.
A PHP session was created by a session_start()
function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close()
before making any HTTP requests.
I looked through the plugin files and found that in wpls-functions.php on line 112 there is a session_start function call. According to what I've seen online, and when I've edited that file to comment this line out, this is what is causing the issue. The issue is also causing the site to run slower.
Is there a chance we can get a fix for this?
Hi,
WordPress already abandons this plugin, and it is no longer available for download.
You can check it here -

I'm sorry, but we're not providing support for the plugin that is already abandoned.
