i'll try to click thumg icon for vote but never counted and only show spinning gear icon.

i see this text with an*pre$$ plugin where vote feature work..

So sad, i really like this plugin, i try other plugin (dw qu*stion an*wer) but same bug with vote feature, i try another plugin(an*pre$s) vote feature is work.. but i really like question answer by pick plugins if i should choose..

Unless you fixed the theme js error issue you will have to face the same issue with other plugins too. i would like to recommend you to contact your theme author support.
