1)Why does the HTML template that gets sent out adds their own <br/> tags in between paragraphs? Can i disable this somehow?
2) Secondly, when using the User Verification tag {user_name} in the email template it displays the registered user ID rather than the username that user wrote when signing up (in the checkout) How do i fix this?

Hi,
The automatic
tag injection in the email template is probably due to a WP autop issue. You can easily disable this from our plugin settings.

Regarding the second issue you mentioned, where the registered user ID is displayed, I'm not sure about this. Could you please share a screenshot?
