Using Custom Text 2 or More Times in Breadcrumbs

Is it possible to use Custom Text more than once in breadcrumbs? We need to customize some breadcrumbs, and the only way we can do that now is by using Custom Text multiple times.

Also, we'd like to know if we can add all options for customizing breadcrumbs for Custom Post Types. Right now, we don't have the "Post Type" option for custom post types.
