Hi!
Why does User Verification E-mail template displays the USER ID instead of the username, when using the {user_name} parameter in the template.

The username parameter is working fine on my end.

Could you please let me know if you are using a custom form? If so, please try using the default registration form and check if the issue still persists.

Hey,
Users are using memberpress checkout form to register, there is a specific field called “Username” that they have to fill when signing up, but as i provided you with screenshot, only their ID shows up!
