User Registration back-end Tabs Appearing Blank-unable to verify

Hello,

I installed the User Verification plugin, and now the email templates are not appearing anymore and the Spam Protection tab is empty. I am also not able to verify users, it resolves to an error everytime. I am on staging, but i am set-up with SMTP. Other emails are fine.

I am also using Memberpress.

But since the backend of the User Registration plugin is having issues, I think it is related to your plugin
