User is logged in right away without having to verify their email

Hi, I got your plugin because I wanted users to verify their email before they have access to the website, however, the user is logged in right away without having to verify their email. Yes, they get an email asking to verify their account, but in the meantime, an account is created for them and they can log in.

Is it at all possible for the user not to have access to the website before their email is verified?
