I recently saw that the verification field shows \"Old User\" if the user was already active when the plugin was installed. I had planned on marking all \"old users\" as verified so that I could automatically delete unverified users.

If I activate the feature to automatically delete unverified users, what will be the treatment of these \"Old Users\"? Will the process delete an Old User (that is not verified) or will the process ignore those users and preserve them?

It'll ignore those users and preserve them. This is because 'Old Users' wasn't created while our plugin was activated. Unfortunately, we don't have the option to deal with 'Old Users,' but we'll add it to our next release.
