the User Verification plugin

Hey guys, I'm using your plugin and I'm having a small issue. So when unverified users try to login, nothing simply happens. My login page gives an error and refreshes the page. Only verified users can login.

Here's what happens when a non-verified user tries to login.

For some reason they don't go to the activation page.
