Welcome to our forum.

In most case i recommend following things if you are concern about page load issue.

# Optimize images (Not image size, but image quality)

# Paginate post items to limit post count, (For filterbale this is not possible because filterable need to load all post)

I just check gtmetrix report, there is lost more chance to optimize images.
