Team Showcase Pro

We are finding conflicts when trying to order team members in a grid display.  The issue is complicated because many team members appear on multiple teams.  We have set the sort to "menu order" and "ascending" and have ordered the roster as we want it to display.  The plugin will not accept that command and is defaulting to each person's "order #", which we have manually adjusted to achieve the desired order.  Our client is not happy with this solution (nor are we).
