I have added a new team member, but it is not updating it on the page, i.e. not printing the new person onto the page..any solutions?

have you used any others plugin that also has team feature may conflict with our plugin. please try deactivate others plugin one by one and check issue.
is possible please send me a temporary admin access to check the issue.

I have also made a new team, added 1 person to that team, copied that team shortcode, pasted onto a fresh blank page, and all members from all teams appeared, including the new addition..but i still cant add 1 new person to display on the page that the plugin is meant to be working on
Has this been answered yet? I have the same problem. I have 14 people in my team grid, added a 15th, and its not showing in the grid mode even though I have set the quantity to 30 and also -1 which should allow display of unlimited team members.
