Is there a way to resize the "Submit" button on the Add Question page? It's so small, I couldn't even find it. It's about 1/2 the size of the button on this page.

Welcome to our forum.
We haven't style of submit button, these style are from your themes default styling, you can override by following selector
.question-submit .question-submit-button > input[type="submit"]{}
